I was a little worried about pick-up having read some of the other reviews, however our pickup was only 15 minutes behind schedule which was quite acceptable considering all the places it had been before ourselves and we got to the castle with plenty of time to spare before anything got started. On arrival you are given a large tabard (either yellow or black) and this determines which side of the arena you will sit on and which team you will support. Some attendees were given tabards with golden edges and symbols on them rather than plain and we gathered this…”

“Had an amazing time at the water park, it was great fun. The bus was nice and comfortable for the long journey. We weren't sent our tickets and pick up time until I messaged asking for them, but they replied straight away with them, so maybe bear that in mind if you haven't received them by a certain time. it says you only get 5 hours at the park, but we got almost 7.”
