“Poor experience, if you want to actually see anything choose something else. 30min at Teide mountain and valey, 25min at Gerrachico and 30min at Masca. But over 2 hours in their promoted place for lunch and souvenir shop at Icod where there is nothing to see. Always on the run at the nicest places struggling to see anything or take a picture. If need a toilet breake you miss everything cause simply no time left for anything. Will have to buy another tour, likely, with my holiday provider to actually see the mountain.”

“Had a great 5 hour trip from Costa Adeje to Los Gigantes, with plenty of time for dolphin and whale watching. We saw lots of dolphins and pilot whales, which was the highlight of the trip. The crew and provided lunch was great, they made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. All in all 5 star experience!”

“The reason for the 3 stars is our guide Maria who was fantastic, otherwise would have given a 2 star to this trip. The bus was very poorly maintained -the windows were not clean and hence not ideal for photos; the bus was stuffy and some of the air conditioning vents were not working. The brakes made alarming squealing noise every time they were being used and it was not reassuring in steep mountain roads. The driver drove very fast on winding mountain roads and many were feeling sick (one of the guests started vomiting, and had to be brought forward and Maria kindly gave up her seat for this…”

“We were appreciative to have a guide who drove safely during this tour. I do not recommend driving them yourself. However we were placed in a vehicle with French people and our guide spoke exclusively French all day. We signed up for a tour in English. There was an English speaking guide in another vehicle. Not ideal and seemed like poor planning by the tour company.”

“Quite a long day but very interesting visiting Teide and villages south west of the island. Spectacular views along the Masca road not for the faint hearted travellers who don’t like heights. Guide was very informative but not sure it was really necessary in 4 languages which meant a lot of talking.”

“Andy is an amazing guide with lots of knowledge of the Tenerife island! He is a highly experienced hiker and took us through the forest, up the mountain with views of Teide and the Masca Valley, and to a pine forest! Every hike is different with Andy, so be ready for surprises! Not only did I get a wonderful hike, I also made friends with Andy and another hiker, Fiona! “An absolutely amazing experience from Playa San Juan! There were only 9 of us on the boat, it felt very personal and spacious. We could sit right at the front if we wanted, and the five of us had plenty of room together at the back – it was like having our own private area. My friends 3-year-old got the chance to sit up top with the captain, shaded and comfortable, which made it extra special. “We have good point and bad but the overall experience is one we wouldn't want to do again!! Good points. The stops were about right for each place and the views were pretty awesome. Bad points.! Trio didnt start off very well as some lady was thrown from the middle seat and knocked herself out on the floor after the driver braked sharp for pedestrian crossing, so we had to take her back to hotel for medical attention.
